By registering your mobile number during your mobile or online orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  You will receive, via text message, order status, order confirmation, product substitutions, and Class 1 product recall messages from Wakefern Food Corp. (“Wakefern”) regarding your order placed with a Wakefern member or subsidiary supermarket (i.e. ShopRite, Price Rite Marketplace, The Fresh Grocer, Dearborn Market, Gourmet Garage, Fairway, etc.).  This service is available through most mobile service providers.    
Compatible carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Boost, Alltel (Verizon Wireless), U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, C Spire Wireless CellSouth, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell, and Virgin Mobile®.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to receive texts via automated SMS technology and certify that: (a) you are the phone number’s subscriber or authorized user, and (b) you are age 18 or older.  Wakefern does not charge for this service, but your mobile wireless service provider’s standard message, data rates, or other charges may apply to any messages to and from Wakefern.  All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile wireless service provider, and Wakefern is not responsible for any messaging and data charges imposed by your mobile service provider.  Wakefern is not liable for any failures or delays in the transmission of any text messages, which are dependent upon your mobile wireless service provider’s network quality and coverage.
To sign up, opt-in for notifications with your mobile contact number at checkout.  To confirm your opt-in to this program, please reply with the keyword ALERT or JOIN to 20669.  The number of messages you receive per month will vary based on your frequency of using the Wakefern order services.
