What is the ShopRite Free Holiday Favorite program?
The Free Holiday Favorite program is a seasonal ShopRite promotion that rewards qualifying shoppers with one free or discounted holiday food item. Use the same Price Plus® club card throughout the promotional period, reach the required spending threshold, and then select an eligible favorite for your Thanksgiving or holiday meal.
How do I earn a free or discounted Holiday Favorite?
Spend $400 in qualifying purchases at participating ShopRite stores from October 25 through November 26, 2026, using the same Price Plus® club card each time you shop. After you reach the threshold, you can redeem one participating free or discounted Holiday Favorite. The promotion is limited to one reward per household and excludes Maryland stores.
Do I need a Price Plus® club card to participate?
Yes. You must use a Price Plus® club card so ShopRite can track your qualifying purchases and apply your earned reward. Use the same card or associated phone number every time you shop during the promotion. Purchases made across different Price Plus® accounts cannot be combined toward the spending requirement.
How can I track my progress?
Check your qualifying purchase progress at the bottom of your ShopRite store receipt or through the online Price Plus® points tracker when available for your account. Because progress is linked to your Price Plus® club card, remember to scan your card or enter the associated phone number during every qualifying transaction.
Can I combine purchases from multiple Price Plus® club cards?
No. All qualifying purchases must be made with the same Price Plus® club card throughout the promotional period. Purchases recorded under another household member’s account or a different card will not be combined automatically.
What purchases count toward the $400 requirement?
Qualifying purchases are calculated before taxes, bottle deposits, and the face value of manufacturer coupons, but after ShopRite store coupons, Price Plus® club deductions, and any doubled or tripled manufacturer-coupon value. Scan the same Price Plus® club card for every transaction and review your receipt to confirm that your updated progress has been recorded.
What purchases do not count toward the promotion?
Excluded purchases include prescription medications, gift certificates, gift cards, postage stamps, money orders, money transfers, lottery tickets, bus tickets, Metro passes, milk, cigarettes, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, and other items prohibited by law. Taxes and bottle deposits also do not contribute to the qualifying total.

Can I choose a discounted item instead of a free item?
Yes. The promotion includes discounted alternatives for certain Holiday Favorites. $1.99/lb. off any other fresh, or frozen whole turkey brand (fresh turkeys will be available to redeem starting November 15) • $1.99/lb. off fresh or frozen Empire Kosher Turkey or Turkey Breast • $1.00/lb. off Prestage and Butterball frozen Turkey Breast, or Shady Brook and Wholesome Pantry fresh Turkey Breasts • $2.49/lb. off any Cook’s Spiral Sliced Ham, Boneless Ham or any eligible Smoked Ham (up to 12-lbs. avg.)
Are vegetarian or plant-based Holiday Favorites available?
Yes. The participating-item list includes a 56-ounce Tofurky frozen roast, available in the Meat Department, and a 35.2-ounce Gardein Plant-Based Turk’y Roast. These options can provide a convenient centerpiece for vegetarian or vegan holiday meals.
How do I redeem my Holiday Favorite?
After reaching the qualifying spending threshold, select one eligible Holiday Favorite and scan your Price Plus® club card or enter the associated phone number at checkout. The free-item deduction or applicable discounted price will be applied automatically to the qualifying product.
When is the deadline to earn and redeem my reward?
The promotional period runs from October 25 through November 26, 2026, and the offer expires on Thursday, November 26, 2026. You must reach the qualifying purchase threshold and redeem your Holiday Favorite by the stated deadline.
Is there a limit on the number of rewards I can redeem?
Yes. The promotion is limited to one Holiday Favorite reward per household.
What happens if my preferred brand or size is unavailable?
Rain checks will not be issued for a specific brand or weight when another qualifying product within the same brand or weight range is available. Item availability may vary by store and throughout the promotional period. Customers are encouraged to redeem early. If your preferred item is unavailable, please speak with a store representative regarding available redemption options.
