The perfect potato Meet our special yellow skin, yellow flesh potatoes — grown in North Dakota's Red River Valley and Northern Illinois. Their higher starch to water ratio makes for a °delightfully° crisp chip and a super potato-y flavor. Cooked in 100% extra virgin olive oil Potato chips are ~31% oil, so you gotta fry ‘em in the good stuff! We cook ours in 100% extra virgin olive oil so they're golden and perfectly crisp. Superbly seasoned We finish these bad boys with some flaky sea salt and red wine vinegar seasoning (made with real red wine vinegar!)
