Made with coarsely ground peppers, garlic, and spices, Steak Seasoning adds bold, iconic flavor to steaks, burgers, and pork with every shake of the bottle. When you're grilling, tenderizing, or roasting your meats, Montreal Steak is the only way to go. The coarser texture creates a craveable crust on the grill, sealing juices and flavor inside. For a mouthwatering exterior with Montreal Steak, start with a 1” or thicker cut of beef. Preheat your grill to 400-500 degrees Fahrenheit (high heat!) and coat with a dry rub like Montreal Steak before quickly searing.
Preparation & Usage
Directions: Shake 1 tbsp. Seasoning per lb. of beef, pork or seafood before grilling or broiling. Savory marinade: Mix 1/4, cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tsp. seasoning. Add 1 lb. steak; marinate 30 min. Grill. Shake on this iconic blend of coarsely ground peppers, garlic and spices for bolder tasting beef, pork and seafood.
