Ingredients
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1 jar (16 ounces) corn & black bean salsa
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 bag (10 ounces) white corn tortilla chips
