Buffalo Chicken Tot Cups

Ingredients
1/2 (32-ounce) package frozen potato tots (about 48 tots)
1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°; spray 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Place 2 potato tots in each muffin cup; bake 10 minutes. With back of spoon, press tots onto bottom and up sides of muffin cups; bake 10 minutes.
- In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, chicken, blue cheese and buffalo sauce. Fill tot cups with cream cheese mixture; bake 10 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Makes 24 tot cups.
- Serve tot cups drizzled with dressing and sprinkled with green onions.
