3 large avocados, peeled and pits removed.
1 lime
1 can Bowl & Basket diced tomatoes, drained well
1 medium white onion, diced
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine avocados and juice from lime and mash to desired consistency. Stir in remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings as desired.
2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days
