Honey Mustard Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
3 tbs honey
2 tbs Dijon mustard or 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Del Monte® Sliced Carrots, well-drained
2 tbs sliced green onions
Directions
- Combine honey, mustard and oil in a large skillet.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Boil 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add carrots and cook 5 minutes, gently stirring occasionally, until glazed.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper, if desired, and top with green onions.
