After nearly 100 years making matzo on Manhattan's Lower East side, we have moved to a new and modern bakery in New York. Technology may have changed but our traditions and dedication to quality have not. Preparation & Usage

To retain the true Streit's flavor and crispness, we suggest the following: Keep in a dry place. Remove matzos from box and place in warm oven to restore crispness and taste.
