Preparation & Usage
Onion potatoes Directions for instant onion potatoes Mix 1 envelope of instant onion soup mix with 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil. Blend thoroughly and pour over 4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into wedges. Preheat oven to 450°. Bake in roasting pan until golden brown. Onion dip Directions for instant onion dip Mix 1 envelope of instant onion soup mix with 1 16oz. container of sour cream. Blend thoroughly. Serve with your favorite snacks. (crackers, vegetables, potato chips, etc.) Refrigerate leftovers. Directions for onion soup Empty contents of one envelope into one quart boiling water. Simmer 10 minutes with cover on pot. Stir occasionally. Makes four servings.
