Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 medium shallots, thinly sliced crosswise
2 packages shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup Asian-style Korean gochujang sauce
Directions

1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Add green beans; cook and stir 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add gochujang; cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through. Makes about 8 cups.

 

2. Serve green beans and mushrooms sprinkled with sesame seeds, if desired.
