Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 bottle Bowl & Basket Teriyaki Marinade
2 cups assorted vegetables like bell peppers
2 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 pineapple, cored and sliced
Directions

1. Place pork tenderloin in a large Ziploc bag and add marinade. Close bag and gently rotate bag to ensure pork is fully coated. Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours, but up to overnight if desired.

2. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees (medium high) and thoroughly oil the grill grates. Remove pork from the fridge and let come to room temp for 20 minutes.

3. Toss bell peppers and pineapple slices with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on grill and cook, turning frequently, until charred and softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove pork from marinade and discard extra marinade and the bag. Place pork on preheated grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 20-25 minutes, turning every few minutes to evenly sear.
