Thank you for becoming a part of the Bene Casa family! Your Bene Casa thermos is vacuum insulated with a double walled glass bottle interior. Safeguards must be followed to prevent glass damage or breakage. Please read and keep instructions. The warranty does not cover glass or capillary breakage caused by the customer or damage that occurs due to improper use. The warranty is also not valid in cases of faults or defects arising from repairs or modifications implemented by unauthorized third parties.
Preparation & Usage
Care and use: • Wash and rinse the product thoroughly before first use and after each use. Hand washing is recommended. • Wipe the outside surface with a soft cloth. • Rinse the inside with soap and water. If deposits build up, rinse with hot water mixed with baking soda or vinegar. • Rinse with clean water and air dry with lid and cup removed. • We recommend leaving the lid open between uses.
