- Crosscut each string cheese into 2 pieces.
- Separate one end of each piece to make '"brushes.
- "Poke pretzel sticks onto opposite end for brush handle.
- Wrap with green onion tips sliced lengthwise.
- Serve with mustard, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce and sweet pepper sauce dippers for "paint."
