Preparation & Usage

To open Package is vacuum sealed for freshness and to prevent leaks. Peel back top film from the bottom corner of tray. To prepare For safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cooking times will vary. To defrost Run cool water over sealed pack to fill tray. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Chicken will thaw enough to separate. Cooking tip Marinate your chicken right in this tray! No mess and easy clean up!
