Ingredients
2 Porterhouse steaks
Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1-2 tbsps fresh thyme, chopped
1-2 tbsps fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsps Bowl & Basket Steak seasoning
Directions
  1. Prepare the grill by making sure it is cleaned and well-oiled. Bring the temperature to medium-hot.
  2. Combine the oil, garlic and herbs in a small bowl and brush the mixture on both sides of the steak. Then sprinkle both sides liberally with steak seasoning. Let the steak rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
  3. Grill the steak covered and turning once to the desired temperature.
  4. Transfer the steak to a plate or a wire rack and let it rest for at least 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving it.
