Ingredients
2 cups Bowl & Basket cottage cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great here!)
â…“ cup Bowl & Basket Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 cups Bowl & Basket shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup Bowl & Basket crumbled blue cheese, divided
Bowl & Basket seasoned salt, to taste
Sliced green onions, for serving (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Combine blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, ½ cup of the bleu cheese and seasoned salt. Stir until well mixed. Season with seasoned salt and fresh black pepper as needed. Pour into a greased cast iron skillet (or an oven safe 8 inch casserole dish if preferred) and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10-20 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes then top with remaining bleu cheese and sliced green onions (if using).
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or even veggie sticks!
