Ingredients
1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef, divided into 4 patties
1 Watermelon Radish or 6 Red Radishes
1 Yellow Tomato
1 Red Tomato
1 Medium Red Onion
1 handful of Baby Greens
2 tbs Cilantro
1 tbs White Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
4 Burger Buns
Directions

1. Preheat grill and form beef into 4 equally sized patties.

 

2. Thinly slice onions and radish and place in small bowl with vinegar and a pinch of salt. Slice tomatoes, set aside.

 

3. Grill burgers for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is ~160°. Toast buns while burgers cook.

 

4. Toss greens with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

 

5. Assemble your burger! Start with bun base, add greens, tomatoes, radish, and onions. Top with burger patty and crumbled Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese. Finish with cilantro, onions and top of bun.
