Each 32 oz glass bottle is pressed from 3 lbs of cranberries, with no added sugar, no cane juice, no apple or grape juice standing in as a sweetener, no added water, and no preservatives. It is sharply tart and astringent, closer to a raw cranberry than to the sweetened cranberry cocktail sold in most stores, and that intensity is the point. Most people dilute it rather than drinking it straight: 1 to 2 oz stirred into 8 oz of still or sparkling water, blended into a smoothie with apple, banana, or berries, taken as a 1 to 2 oz shot, or mixed with hot water.
