Preparation & Usage

Wash by hand with soap and warm water. Dry immediately. Do not put in dishwasher or leave to soak in water. Quick tip... Care for your board by rubbing food-safe mineral oil into the grain to retain its finish, and prevent future splitting. Generously coat all sides of your board with mineral oil, rubbing the oil into the grain with a clean, dry cloth. Set your board on its edge to dry overnight and rinse before using again. We recommended doing this monthly for optimum performance.
