3 radishes
2 carrots
1/4 cup olive oil
juice from 2 lemons
salt
2 garlic cloves, grated
slivered almonds
feta cheese
pre-cooked bacon

Directions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl with a whisk until well combined.
- Add the dressing to the kale and massage into leaves until tender.
- Chop veggies and add to the salad and mix well.
- Top with almonds, feta cheese, and bacon.
- Enjoy!
