Directions
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl with a whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the dressing to the kale and massage into leaves until tender.
  3. Chop veggies and add to the salad and mix well.
  4. Top with almonds, feta cheese, and bacon.
  5. Enjoy!
