Preparation & Usage
Quality tip: Store Morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70°F ). Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappears when melted. This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren't affected. Melting directions: In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 tbsp of vegetable shortening. Add 1 cup of morsels on top of shortening. Microwave uncovered for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, heat at additional 15 second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted.
