Pepsi BBQ Sauce
1.In a saucepan on medium heat, add Pepsi® and let it reduce to 2 cups.
2. Add butter, garlic powder, onion powder, vanilla, cinnamon and coriander to large saucepan and bring to medium heat.
3. When butter is melted, add remaining ingredients, Pepsi Reduction and simmer.
4.Stir occasionally until thick and preferred sauce texture.
5.Serve with desired dish.
6. Enjoy with an ice cold Pepsi®!
