Ingredients
2 cups Fairlife Whole Milk
1 package Jasmine Rice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon(plus 1/2 teaspoon for garnish)
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp all spice
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbs Raisins
2 tbs chopped pistachios
Directions

1. In medium saucepot, heat Fairlife milk, rice, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and allspice until simmer, over medium heat. 1.

 

2. Reduce heat to low and add raisins. Simmer and stir constantly 5-7 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and fold in condensed milk.

 

3. Transfer to large bowl and cool to room temperature, occasionally stirring.

 

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours, minimum.

 

5. Serve in individual dishes. Garnish with ground cinnamon and top with chopped pistachios.
