Ingredients
Cornmeal for sprinkling
3 bowl & basket Hot or Sweet Italian Sausages
All-purpose flour for dusting
1 package (16 ounces) bowl & basket Original Pizza Dough, quartered
1 container (8 ounces) burrata cheese, drained and torn into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup bowl & basket Hot Honey plus additional for serving (optional)
1/2 cup packed baby arugula
Directions
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; sprinkle underside of rimmed baking pan with cornmeal. Place sausages on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Transfer sausages to cutting board; cool 5 minutes and slice crosswise. Makes about 1 cup sausage.
- On lightly floured work surface, roll each piece of dough into 6-inch round; carefully transfer to prepared pan and poke several times with fork to vent. Carefully slide onto hot grill rack; cover and cook 3 minutes. Turn crusts; leaving a 1/2-inch border, top with cheese, sausages, pepper and onion, and drizzle with honey, cover and cook 4 minutes or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted, moving occasionally to prevent crusts from burning.
- Serve pizzas topped with arugula and drizzled with honey, if desired. Makes 4 pizzas.
