Ingredients
1 Tbsp. pure olive oil
1/2 white onion chopped
1/2 red onion, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup drained Beans Rico Pints
2 tsp . pepper ( paprika )
2 cups cooked Long Grain Rice Rico
Reduced sodium salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a deep skillet over high heat, heat the oil. Add the onions.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes and add the wine, brown sugar and crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beans and paprika and cook for an additional minute, stirring from time to time.
  4. Add the rice to the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat. Enjoy
