2 Tbsp Truvia Sweet Completeā„¢ All-Purpose Sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon + 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1/4 tsp salt + 1/8 tsp salt, divided
1 large egg
¼ cup & ½ stick of butter, melted
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, halved
2 cups fresh blueberries, washed
1 tbs butter
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup Truvia Sweet Completeā„¢ All-Purpose Sweetener
2 tbs gelatin (2 packets)
Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.

 

2. Preheat skillet or Dutch oven in preheated oven (10 min).

 

3. Combine Truvia Sweet Completeā„¢ All-Purpose Sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

 

4. Add egg and mix.

 

5. Add melted butter and mix. Set aside.

 

6. In the hot skillet or Dutch oven, mix together strawberries and blueberries, butter, lemon juice Truvia Sweet Completeā„¢ All-Purpose Sweetener, cinnamon and salt.

 

7. Next, mix in gelatin.

 

8. Scoop up a tablespoon of topping and flatten in hand and place on top of berries, you should get about five 2-inch rounds.

 

9. Bake the cobbler 25 minutes, the edges should be bubbling and the top of the crust should be a golden brown color.

 

10. Cool for 15 minutes and serve warm. Store cobbler, covered, in the refrigerator.
