Fish should smell fresh and mild.

How to Store...
Put fish on ice or in the refrigerator or freezer soon after buying it. If fish will be used within 2 days after purchase, store it in the refrigerator. Otherwise, wrap it tightly in plastic, foil, or moisture-proof paper and store it in the freezer.

Good source of essential vitamins such as vitamin B6, B12, vitamin E, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid and thiamine. Haddock is also high in iron, zinc, calcium and a good source of protein.
