Rich and Healthy

Posted by

Recently when I wanted to try one of New York Times columnist Martha Rose Shulman’s Recipes for Health, a hearty Provencal Kale and Cabbage Gratin, I didn’t have any plain rice, called for in the recipe. What I did have was even better: ShopRite Imported Superfino Arborio Rice for Risotto.

When cooked, the rice grains are firm, creamy, chewy and blend well. Superfino is the largest grain size of Arborio rices, and really stood out in my kale and cabbage gratin. It was soooo satisfying; here’s the link to Shulman’s recipe:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As a POTLUCKTM blogger, I received  ShopRite Imported Superfino Arborio Rice from ShopRite for free.
