24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
2 oz. goat cheese, softened
6 slices prosciutto (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
1 Tbsp. fig jam, warmed
2 tsp. chopped green onions
*Spread crackers with cheese.
*Top with prosciutto and jam.
*Sprinkle with onions.
Substitute: Substitute 6 cooked bacon slices for the prosciutto, cutting each bacon slice into 4 pieces before using as directed.
How to Warm the Jam: Spoon jam into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 10 sec. or just until warmed. Stir, then drizzle over topped crackers as directed.
