Back to School with Black Bear Forest Fresh!

Does back to school season fill you with dread? Tired of making the same old PB&J sandwich for the kids (or yourself!) each day? Take your lunch to a whole new level with these exciting sandwich combos!

Roast Beef, Swiss & Arugula

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3-4 slices Black Bear Forest Fresh angus roast beef
  • 2 slices Black Bear Forest Fresh genuine swiss cheese
  • a handful Wholesome Pantry Baby Arugula
  • 2-3 tbsp Black Bear Stone Ground Mustard

Spread mustard on one side of each toasted slice of bread. Layer roast beef, swiss and baby arugula on one slice, then top with remaining slice of bread.

Apple Ham and Brie

Apple Ham and Brie

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3-4 slices  Black Bear Forest Fresh applewood smoked ham
  • 4 tbsp Black Bear Brie
  • 1 honeycrisp or granny smith apple, sliced thinly

Spread brie on one side of each toasted slice of bread. Layer with ham slices and apple slices, then top with remaining slice of bread.

Chicken Tomato Pesto

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3-4 slices Black Bear Forest Fresh oven roasted chicken breast
  • 3-4 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Spread pesto on one side of each toasted slice of bread. Layer with chicken breast and tomato slices, then top with remaining slice of bread.
