Directions

You Will Need: 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces; 2 cups 2% milk, divided. Make It: Heat oven to 425F. Create the Chicken Filling: Cook 1 lb. chicken breast pieces in large skillet; Cook until done.* Add 1-1/4 cups milk, Vegetables and Seasoning; stir. Bring to a boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. Prepare the Biscuit Topping: Add remaining 3/4 cup milk to Biscuit Mix in bowl; stir until blended. Assemble the Casserole: Spoon Chicken Filling into 2-qt. casserole. Spread Cheese Sauce over Chicken Filling. Cover with Biscuit Topping. Bake 16 to 18 min. or until Chicken Filling is heated through and Biscuit Topping is golden brown. Makes 4-1/2 servings.
