Noodle: Water, Rice, Potato Starch, Lactic Acid, Amylase. Sauce: Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean), Mango Juice Concentrate, Corn Maltodextrin, Lemongrass, Lemon, Soybean Oil, Garlic, Coconut Milk Powder (Extractives of Coconut, Corn Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Yeast Extract, Red Pepper, Ginger, Salt, Citric Acid, Tamarind Paste (Tartaric Acid, Succinic Acid, Malic Acid, Tamarind See Gum, Pectin), Xanthan Gum, and Carmamel Color. Dehydrated Vegetables: Bok Choy, Carrot, and Red Bell Pepper. Topping: Sesame Seed.


Cook Time: 2 minutes; Makes 1 serving. 1. Carefully remove lid and packets. Empty contents of noodles and vegetable packets into tray. Pour sauce over noodles. Add 2 Tbsp. of water. Cover loosely with lid. 2. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. 3. Remove lid carefully. Mix well. Sprinkle sesame seed topping over noodles. Enjoy. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need to be adjusted.
