Enriched Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening (Contains Soybean Oil), Salt, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda).


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.Pour contents of package into a bowl, sprinkle in 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water, and mix lightly but thoroughly with a fork. 3. Divide dough into two equal parts. Roll on floured surface 1in. to 1-1/2 in. larger than top of 9 in. pie pan. 4. Fit dough into pie pan and trim even with rim of pan. Fill with desired filling. Roll remaining dough 1in. larger than pie pan and cut a slit in it to allow the steam to escape. 5. Moisten edges of lower crust and place top crust over filling. Fold edge under bottom crust and trim if necessary. Flute edges. 5. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) 12 to 15 minutes, then adjust heat to temperature required for filling. Baked Pie Shell: Follow directions for two-crust pie. Use 1/2 contents of package and add 2 tablespoons cold water. Roll dough 1 in. to 1/2 in. larger than top of 9 in. pie pan. Fit dough into pan, trim edge and flute. Prick crust. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) 12 to 14 minutes. Cool before filling.
