Bread Machine Baking Tips: Use 1/2 tsp. Red Star Bread Machine Yeast for each cup of flour. The suggested temperature for liquids 80 degrees F for regular baking cycles. Follow manufacturer's directions for shorter cycles as warmer liquids may be required. Red Star Bread Machine Yeast is Quick-Rise Yeast, great for traditional baking. Use liquid temperature of 110 degrees-115 degrees F when yeast is dissolved directly in liquids, 120 degrees-130 degrees F when mixed with dry ingredients.
