Recommended: 100 Calories and 0.5 g fat per 30 g popped corn. Hot air popper: 1/2 cup corn. Yield: 3 to 5 quarts. 1. Pour level 1/2 cup popcorn into popping chamber. 2. Set cover into groove on popping chamber, following air popper instructions. 3. Place cup used to measure popcorn into opening on top of cover. 4. Set 4-quart or larger heat proof bowl under popping chute to collect popped corn. 5. Plug unit into 120 volt AC electrical outlet. Popping will be completed within 2 - 3 minutes after popping begins. 6. Reseal jar to retain moisture and freshness and store at room temperature. Note: For buttered popcorn, follow air popper instructions. Alternative popping instructions: 140 Calories and 9 g fat per 30 g popped corn. 4 Qt popper. 1/2 Cup corn, 3 tbsp oil. 1. Measure corn and oil into heavy-bottom pan or popper. Using Orville Redenbacher's popping & topping buttery flavor oil is recommended. 2. Cover and turn heat to medium. Leave pan lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. 3. When popping slows, remove pan from heat or unplug popper. 4. Add salt as desired, after popping. 5. Reseal jar to retain moisture and freshness and store at room temperature.
