Warnings: Instructions: FOR PANCAKES: PREHEAT GRIDDLE (IF ELECTRIC 375 F). GRIDDLE IS READY WHEN SMALL DROPS OF WATER SIZZLE AND DISAPPEAR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. COMBINE PANCAKE MIX AND WATER IN A BOWL AND STIR UNTIL LARGE LUMPS DISAPPEAR A (ABOUT 20 SECONDS). FOR THICKER PANCAKES, ADD A LITTLE MORE MIX. FOR THINNER PANCAKES, ADD A LITTLE MORE WATER. POUR SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 1/4 CUP BATTER FOR EACH PANCAKE ONTO HOT GRIDDLE (LIGHTLY GREASE GRIDDLE IF NECESSARY). TURN PANCAKES WHEN TOPS ARE COVERED WITH BUBBLES AND EDGES LOOK DRY (ABOUT 60 SECONDS). TURN ONLY ONCE AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 60 SECONDS. Instructions: TO MAKE 7-8 4" PANCAKES, USE 1 CUP MIX AND 3/4 CUP WATER. TO MAKE 13-14 4" PANCAKES, USE 2 CUPS MIX AND 1 1/2 CUPS WATER. TO MAKE 19-20 4" PANCAKES, USE 3 CUPS MIX AND 2 1/4 CUPS WATER. Instructions: FOR WAFFLES: PREHEAT WAFFLE IRON. TO PREPARE CREPES, LIGHTLY GREASE A PREHEATED 7-INCH CREPE PAN OF SKILLET. POUR 3 TABLESPOONS BATTER IN PAN, IMMEDIATELY TILT PAN TO COAT BOTTOM EVENLY. COOK 1 OR 2 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. (IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BROWN OTHER SIDE.) REPEAT WITH REMAINING BATTER, GREASING PAN LIGHTLY AFTER EACH CREPE.
