3 easy steps: 1. prepare. Hard taco shells: preheat oven to 325 F. heat unfilled hard taco shells on middle shelf of oven on baking sheet 6-7 minutes. Flour tortillas: tortillas may be heated in a skillet or electric griddle, on the grill, or in the microwave. For best results, heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10-15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5-10 seconds. Microwave: place the tortillas between two damp paper towels. Microwave 30-40 seconds or until heated through. Wrap in a cloth or mission tortilla keeper until ready to serve. 2. cook. Brown beef; drain. Stir in 2/3 cup of water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. Spoon the mixture into shells and warm tortillas. 3. serve. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions. Add mission taco sauce to taste. Enjoy!
