Blend together with a whisk and let stand while waffle iron is heating. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to waffle iron directions or until steam slows and waffle is golden brown. Serve hot. For thinner pancakes add more water, for thicker add more mix. For fluffier pancakes and waffles use seltzer water. Store in a cool dry place.
