Sugar, Brown Sugar, Passover Cake Meal (Ground Matzo made from Passover Wheat Flour and Water), Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil Shortening. (Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil), with Mono and Diglyceriedes, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cinnamon, Natural and Artificial Honey Flavor, Salt, Nutmeg, and Polysorbate 60 as Emulsifier.


Makes 6 servings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes: Bake Time: 60 minutes: You will need: 2 large eggs, about 1/2 cup of water. 1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Break eggs into measuring cup, add water to the eggs to measure a total of 3/4 cup. 2. Mixing Batter: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add eggs and water. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes or 600 strokes by hand. Spread batter evenly in greased pan. 3. Bake: Bake at 350F for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on rack. Try the following easy recipes for a sweet variation: Sprinkle almond slivers on top before baking. Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans to batter. Add 2 teaspoons grated orange peel to batter. Add 1/2 cup golden raisins to batter.
