Directions

To Prepare: 7-inch Round Waffles, Mix, Water, Egg(s), Oil: 2-3 waffles, 1-1/2 cups mix, 3/4 cup water, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons oil. 4-5 waffles, 3 cups mix, 1-1/2 cups water, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil. 8-10 waffles, full box mix, 3 cups water, 4 eggs, 2/3 cup oil. Tip!: For tender waffles use cold tap water. 1. Heat and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron. 2. Stir waffle mix, water, egg(s) and oil together with a wire whisk until smooth. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto waffle iron. 3. Cook waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown (or follow waffle iron manufacturer's cooking instructions). High Altitude: No adjustment necessary.
