You Will Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 cups milk, 2-1/4 cups hot water; For topping: 3 tablespoons milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in 1 cup milk, hot water, Sauce Mix and uncooked Rice. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Meanwhile, stir 3 tablespoons milk and Topping mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside. 4. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Pour topping* over beef mixture. Refrigerate leftovers. *If topping is too thick to pour, stir in an additional 1/2 to 1 teaspoon milk.
