You Will Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 cup milk, 2-1/4 cup hot water; for topping: 1/3 cup milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in 1 cup milk, hot water, Sauce Mix and uncooked Rice. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Meanwhile, stir 1/3 cup milk and Topping mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside. 4. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Sprinkle Corn Chips over top. Pour topping over corn chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
