Directions for Preparation and Use: Step 1 Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2 Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.9g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop. Separate it from frame.) Step 3 Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperatures should be maintained between 35(en)40degF (2(en)4degC). Mixing Guide To make approx. 2 fl. oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. water, add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.9g) powder. To make approx. 4 fl. oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. water, add 2 unpacked level scoops powder. To make approx. 6 fl. oz. bottle, measure 6 fl. oz. water, add 3 unpacked level scoops powder. To make approx. 8 fl. oz. bottle, measure 8 fl. oz. water, add 4 unpacked level scoops powder. Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions.

Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula.
