1. Insert Pop Up Timer into center of breast at a slight angle. Timer should not touch any bones. If placing timer in turkey roll or breast, insert timer in thickest part of meat. ( If turkey is frozen, insert Timer after thawing). 2. Cook turkey, breast side up, at 325F until Red Timer Stem pops up. Note: Oven temperature variations, amount of stuffing and coldness of turkey will effect overall cooking time. Use your other directions as a guide. However, Trust your Pop Up timer to tell you when the bird is deliciously done-Red Stem will pop up when turkey ahs reached 180F.
