Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding* including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who may have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. 1. Pour desired amount of water into clean container. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.8g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop.) Stir well. To make an approx. 2 fl. oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. of water, then add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.8g) of powder. To make an approx 4 fl. oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. of water, then add 2 unpacked level scoops of powder. To make an approx 6 fl. oz. bottle, measure 6 fl. oz. of water, then add 3 unpacked level scoops of powder. To make an approx 8 fl. oz. bottle, measure 8 fl. oz. of water, then add 4 unpacked level scoops of powder. 2. Pour formula into bottle or cup. Feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle or cup within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. 3. Or mix formula with cereal or other solid foods. Feed baby immediately. Discard food left in bowl after feeding.
