Organic Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Organic Apples, Organic Wheat Flour, Unbleached Soya Lecithin), Baking Soda, Salt, Cream of Tartar, Natural Flavor, Organic Cinnamon.
You Will Need: 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil, 1(12 cup) muffin pan. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for a shiny metal pan, 400 degrees F for a dark non stick pan. Grease bottoms of a muffin pan or use paper baking cups. Blend milk, egg and oil in a bowl. Stir in muffin mix, breaking up large lumps. Mix until ingredients are blended. Do not over mix. Spoon batter evenly between 12 prepared muffin cups (about 3/4 full). Bake for 16 - 18 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 12 Muffins.
