Cake Mix: Sugar, Bleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Nonfat Dry Milk, Salt, Artificial Flavor. Sauce Mix: Sugar, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Modified Cornstarch, Vegetable Shortening (May Contain One or More of the Following: Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, Propylene Glycol Mono Fatty Acid Esters), Artificial Flavor.


You will need: 2 eggs, 3 tbsp (45 ml) hot water. Preparation time: 5 minutes; Baking time: 8 minutes; Cooling time: 7 minutes; Total: 20 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). For conventional oven preheat to 425 degrees F (210 degrees C). Grease 4 foil cups well with butter. 2. Empty contents of the cake mix pouch (200 g) into medium mixing bowl and add 2 eggs. Mix with spatula or wooden spoon until moistened. 3. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Add sauce mix pouch 2 (50 g) and 3 tbsp (45 ml) hot water; beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. 4. Pour evenly into prepared cups. about 1/2 full. Place on baking tray; bake on center oven rack for 8 minutes or until edges are cooked and center is still liquid. Do not open oven during baking. 5. Place tray on cooling rack and let stand for 7 minutes. Loosen the cake from the side of the cup with a knife. Carefully unmold by placing a plate over the top of the cake and invert. Serve warm.
