Sugar, Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Cocoa processed with Alkali, Corn Syrup, Nonfat Milk, Corn Starch. Contains 2% or less of: Cocoa, Salt, Carob Powder, Artificial Flavor.


You Will Need: 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. If using a 13" x 9" pan, bake 24-26 minutes. If using a 9" x 9" pan, bake 40-42 minutes. If using an 8" x 8" pan, bake 49-51 minutes. To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Betty's Tip: For cakelike brownies, increase eggs to 3. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Make brownies using 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 2 eggs for regular brownies, 3 eggs for cakelike brownies. Increase all bake times by 1 minute.
