About 2 Servings: 2/3 Cup Water; 2 Tbsp Milk; 1 Tbsp Margarine or butter; 1/4 tsp Salt (Sodium content per serving without salt is 120 mg) (use less if desired); 2/3 Cup Potato Buds Mashed Potatoes; 1 to 2 Minutes Microwave times. 3 or 4 Servings: 1 1/3 Cup Water; 1/3 Cup Milk; 2 Tbsp Margarine or butter; 1/2 tsp Salt (Sodium content per serving without salt is 120 mg) (use less if desired); 1 1/3 Cup Potato Buds Mashed Potatoes; 2 to 3 Minutes Microwave times. 6 or 7 Servings: 2 2/3 Cup Water; 2/3 Cup Milk; 1/4 Tbsp Margarine or butter; 1 tsp Salt (Sodium content per serving without salt is 120 mg) (use less if desired); 2 2/3 Cup Potato Buds Mashed Potatoes; 4 to 5 Minutes Microwave times. 33 or 34 (Entire Package [If making entire package, heat ingredients in 8-quart Dutch oven, and whip potatoes with wire whisk]) Servings: 13 1/2 Cup Water; 2 1/2 Cup Milk; 1 Cup Margarine or butter; 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp Salt (Sodium content per serving without salt is 120 mg) (use less if desired); Entire package Potato Buds Mashed Potatoes; Microwaving not recommended. Stove-Top: 1. Heat water, milk, margarine and salt to boiling in saucepan. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in Potato Buds mashed potatoes just until moistened. Let stand about 30 seconds or until liquid is absorbed; whip with fork. Microwave: 1. Stir hot water, Potato Buds mashed potatoes, milk, margarine and salt in microwavable bowl until moistened. 2. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent steam. Microwave on High as directed in chart above or until hot and bubbly. Remove carefully from microwave-bowl and potatoes will be hot; whip with fork. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stove-Top: No change. Microwave: Increase microwave time by 30 seconds (potatoes will be hot but not bubbly).
